The Max Kade Houses in Frankfurt am Main were newly built and completed in 2015. Being well served by public transportation, the houses are situated at central locations and near the university sites Goethe University Campus Westend, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences as well as University for Music and Performing Arts. Not far from the Max-Kade House, which offers accommodation to 406 students, is the Grueneburg Park, which is suitable for jogging or going for walks.
Each apartment with an average base size of 20 square metres has a separate bathroom and kitchenette. In addition, there are rooms for communication, sports, music and joint parties.
Infrastructures for washing and bicycle rooms as well as handicap accessibility are self-explanatory. Four rooms are especially reserved for physically disabled students.
