The Max Kade house is more than living.
Asides the 131 places in the hall, there are a lot more rooms for other activities in the Max Kade house.
For working
In the basement there are two more office rooms with four workplaces. The janitor has its office there. Futhermore there are workplaces for student tutors, who are living in the hall and working for the Studentenwerk and are offering assistance from student to student.
For learning
In the basement there is a seminar room too. The room is equipped with working materials, flipchart and white board and fits for up to 20 persons for workshops, trainings and seminars.
For feeling comfortable
The Max Kade house has two apartments for up to six guests. Three guest are sharing one apartment with one single bed room and one two bed room, built-in kitchen and bathroom. Every apartment is equipped with TV and internet connection - all for feeling comfortable.
For living together
Two apartments on the ground floor are reserved for families. These apartements are rented to students with children. Both apartments have storage room for baby carriage and other things like that.
For barrier-free living
On the ground floor there is barrier-free apartment with two single bed rooms. This apartment is accessible throug a lift. There is large barrier-free bathroom and a kitchen, especially designed for wheel chairs. These rooms are reserved for disabled students.
The Max Kade house has a central and therefore ideal position in the Hanseatic City of Greifswald. All student institutions are in walking distance or at least approchable by bicycle.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with phone and internet connection and TV. There are storage rooms for bikes and a washing and drying center in the basement. On the courtyard are spaces for parking and a volleyball field.
